Kids will be kids, and two 2-year-olds will be two 2-year-olds. That is what makes them cute, charming, full of life, and fun to look at. These 2 were exactly that: twins that had their own agenda. My favorites of this family are all the ones where we just let the kids be kids. We DID attempt to get a posed shot of just the little ones at the end that included bribery rewards, but they weren’t having it. They just wanted to play around with their sweet big brother and parents and explore beautiful Ironwoods Park in the fall. Can you blame them? I think I came away with family portraits that show who they really are–portraits that FEEL. And that makes me happy.

These pictures are great! You have captured the true essence of a happy family. I might be prejudiced but how can you go wrong with subjects like them? Knowing them like I do Emily, you must have infinate patience to capture shots like these. Wonderfull work.
