These dear friends asked me if I would shoot a few portraits to celebrate their upcoming 40th anniversary. I was very excited to do this for them because I knew they’d be fun! He had talked of how special the many letters were that he and his wife wrote each other during a yearlong absence from each other before they were married. I asked them if they’d be willing to include them in the shoot, and they were up for it! As a matter of fact, they ended up reading ALL of them again beforehand (which made them extra LOVEY for the camera, I’m sure 🙂 ). Happy Anniversary, you two!
